Age limit :
For Manager post : Above 21 years but below 32 years.
For Assistant manager post : Above 18 years but below 28 yrs (born earlier than 03.07.1985 and later than 30.06.1995)
3. For Office Assistant : between 18 years and 28 years (born earlier than 02.07.1985 and later than 01.07.1995)
Educational Qualification :
For Manager : Degree in any Discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with an minimum of 50 % marks in aggregate.
For Assistant Manager : Bachelor Degree of a recognized University in any Discipline or its equivalent. Candidates should have proficiency in Local language and computer knowledge or awareness .
For Office Assistant : Bachelor Degree of a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent . Candidates must have proficiency in local language and knowledge of computer skills.
Pay Scale :
1. Officer Middle Management : Rs. 39,300 per month.
2. Officer Junior Management : Rs. 29,350 per month
3. Office Assistant : Rs. 16,250 per month.
Selection process : Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs - Common written Examination (CWE-II) conducted by IBPS in Sept/Oct 2013 and Personal Interview.
