A. Sub-Inspector in CAPFs : 2197 posts.
1. CRPF : 194 posts
2. BSF : 772 posts
3. ITBP : 138 posts
4. CISF : 1023 Posts
5. SSB : 70 posts
B. Assistant Sub-Inspector in CISF : 564 posts.
C. Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police : 131 posts.
Total No. of Posts : 2892 posts
Age Limit : Candidates age should be between 20 yrs to 25 yrs
as on 01-01-2014. Age Relaxation will  be extended as per govt norms.
Educational Qualification : Candidates must possess Bachelor's Degree from any recognized University or equivalent. For the post of Sub Inspector in Delhi police , only  male candidates are allow to apply and they should have valid Driving License for LMV (Motor cycle and Car).
Application Fee : 
1. Candidates are required to pay Rs. 100/-.
2. SC/ST/EXSM/Women Candidates are not required to pay any fees.
Selection Process : Selections will be done on the basis of written test which is divided into 2 phases 
1. Physical Endurance Test , Medical Examination and 
2. Interview/ personality test.
How to Apply : 
1. Initially , candidates are required to log on to www.ssconline.nic.in official website.
2. Then Click on Examination link, which contains "‘Part I Registration" , then click on part I registration and fill all the required details.
3. After filling Online Application form, click on "I Agree" button, then registration page will be generated.
4. Take print out of System generated Application form or note down the registration no.
5. Click on "Part-II registration" and upload scanned photograph and signature as required mentioned place.
6. After submitting all the details , click on submit button.
NOTE : Candidates who want to apply offline , they are required to download the application form through official website, fill the application form and along with relevant certificates send it to respective address of SSC.
