Pay Scale: Rs. 37400-67000 + GP Rs. 10000/-

Educational Requirements: (1) A Master’s Degree in Arts/Humanities/Science/ Commerce and M.Ed. each with a minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale where grading system is followed), OR M.A. (Education) with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) and B.Ed. each with a minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed); (2) Ph.D. in Education from a recognized University; (3) At least ten years of teaching experience in University department of education or College of Education of which a minimum of five years at the M.Ed. level with published work in the area of his / her specialization. (4) A minimum score 400 in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) in Category-III (Research and Academic contributions) and Minimum API as per UGC’s norms in Category I & II.

Qualifications: (1) Specialization in Educational Technology. (2) Working knowledge of Gujarati Language. (3) Experience of working in the Open Distance Learning System. (4) Basic skill and knowledge of Computer.
