How To Apply: The
application forms can be downloaded from the Website www.crisiddha.tn.nic.in
Candidates desiring to receive the application form by post are requested to
send requisition along with sufficiently stamped self-addressed envelope. The
application along with self-attested copies of educational qualifications,
experience, age, community certificate etc… should be enclosed along with
the application with two recent passport size photographs, apart from that
one recent passport size photograph has to be affixed in the first page of the
application on the space provided and a demand draft for Rs.100/- for OBC/General
candidates and Rs.20/- for SC/ST candidates, which has to be drawn in favour of
Central Council for Research In Siddha, payable at Chennai. Original
certificates have to be produced at the time of written test/Interview.
Testimonials and certificates should be produced by the physically Handicapped
and Women candidates, who are exempted from the application fee. The candidates
should mention “Application for the post of ____________” in bold letters on
the right side top of the envelope.
