Requirements: 1 a) Bachelor’s
and / or Master’s degree in Textile Chemistry/ Fibre Chemistry/ Fibres &
Textile Processing Technology/ Fibre Science/ Textile Technology/ Textile
Engineering with first class or equivalent CGPA at least at one level from a
recognized institute/ university AND 1 b) Doctoral degree in Textile Chemistry/
Fibre Chemistry/ Fibres & Textile Processing Technology/ Fibre Science/
Textile Technology/ Textile Engineering/ Polymer Science/ Polymer Technology/
Organic Chemistry / other such cross – disciplinary areas relevant to the
field.
Experience Requirements: Excellent
academic record throughout the academic career. Experience of guiding research
work at Master’s Level along with high quality published work in journals of
international repute. Experience of handling industrial consultancy / sponsored
projects.
