Educational records
Interested candidates must have Graduate/ Diploma/ MBBS/ CA/ ICWA/ MBA/ PG from any recognized university with required experience as per the post applied for.
Age limitation
Candidates should be between 40 years to 65 years. Relaxation in the age will be applicable for reserved category as per the govt. norms.
Application Fee
For the general category candidates: Rs. 500/-
For BC/EBC category applicants: Rs. 300/-.
For Sc / ST applicants: 200/-.
For post no. 1 to 30 application form should be submitted in form of Bank Draft drawn on any nationalized bank favoring “State Health Society, Bihar” and payable at Patna.
For post no. 31 and 32 application fee in form of Bank Draft should be drawn on any nationalized bank favoring “District Health Society, _____ (Name of the concerned district)” and payable at _______ (Name of the concerned district).
